State Meanings
UNALLOCATED = Workerbee ready to be assigned
ALLOCATED = Workerbee assigned to run a test
LOADED = Test loaded on workerbee
RUNNING = Test running on workerbee
FINISHED = Test is finished and waiting to be retrieved on workerbee
UNUSABLE = Workerbee is unable to run
